Redesign Citi Group's online banking experience with existing legal and copyright stipulations. Provided with responsive web and mobile with the exception on advertised entry points.

Elastic Modal Control

In order to avoid additional page scrolling I created an elastic modal control that consolidates the product details in one location.

The mobile interaction replaces the need to on board a user with a rapid interaction that is pre-ordered to reduce wait times.

Web & Mobile Continuity

Client’s Limited Interest

Unfortunately the client’s interest to prioritize the mobile experience got lost in their focus towards the web portal. In turn Citi settled for a direct responsive design plaguing the mobile experience with a tremendous amount of scrolling which resorted in a high volume of drop-off  performance from their users.
